The true test of a great agent is how well he or she can perform in the most difficult of times. This recent market has been, if nothing else, just such a test of one's character, knowledge, intelligence, compassion, foresight, honesty, and work ethic. In all of these categories you have both met and exceeded my every expectation. You have been a friend, an ally, and a teacher in helping me to sell my first house under extremely challenging circumstances, and I cannot thank you enough.
